you have to go to trash and make sure that nothing is in there cause it might say that you have deleted to much things from im or bulk.
I have the same problem – as of yesterday. Six thousand some messages indicated, yet empty when the folder is opened. Can’t get it to disapppear! Help, I feel your pain. Any suggestions???
Mine is doing the same thing on the same day…wish I had an answer.
My bulk mail is doing the same thing. I am frustrated.
