I have a tasty home made dish going back a few generations from my family, it tastes beautiful and Can be made in bulk, my question is can I go to a local supermarket in the UK and ask them to sample it and give them a price/target group etc.. and see if they will package it and sell it on their shelves. what have I go to loose? And if this is the case who do I talk to my first point of contact? is it the head office via Email or directly to the local store?

What is the dish?
no u cnt u sell out
You need to hire a nutritionist to analyze the chemicals and stuffs in the food, and then make labels and put it on the packaging while maintaining hygienic standards and getting a license to manufacture food.
your best bet would be to try n sell it to a cookbook writer
You make it hard to answer your question with it being so vague.
