Why did I just receive an email in my bulk section with the sender name as my account name?

I received an email from (myname)@yahoo.com Although I have my mail set up to show a different “Sender” name, if this were to go to others who know me, they might be inclined to open it thinking it was from me. What’s up with this?

PS I have seen many, many variables of my name for everything under the sun from ****** enlargement (I am a guy) to Viagra. But this one hit the nail on the head.
I’d #1 as I always recommend, change ALL your passwords. #2. It may be a person who, as you set it up the Show your name instead of email address, may have an email address in the name slot or something. Just ignore. But check with people in you address book and ask if they have gotten any odd messages lately.
