I am not receiving email from a specific sender. Why?

I am not receiving email from a specific sender. I have checked my bulk email folder and the emails are not going there. They can send me an email from another email address other than yahoo, but I get nothing from their yahoo email address specificly. I’m not sure why this is happening and worrying me because I am not sure what other emails I am missing.. How do I find and correct the problem? Thanks!
REMOVE BLOCKED EMAIL ADDRESS ETC
FIRST CHECK IF INBOX IS FULL
DEPENDING ON EMAIL PRORAM IT MAY HAVE A LIMIT
YOU OR THEM MAY HAVE DONE THIS BY ACCIDENT
this is for yahoo mail
but all mail accounts are close to the same way
open mail page
on right side click options
then Block Addresses
move your mouse over the ones you dont want blocked
NOTE
they are shown alphabetically
click remove block
and then your done

Check your blocked addresses! Go to options> then blocked addresses and check to see if the address is blocked!
His email provider may be on a black list. So, if you are not blocking his email, then your provider may be blocking his provider.
Get a copy of his email address or a copy of a forwarded email that you cannot receive and send it to your email provider and tell them the problem. They should be able to tell you if it is blocked.
