can any one please help me how to send a email newsletter for a bulk emails without the use of smtp servers

Email must go through a server. There are many bulk mailers online that charge by the piece.

Software can only help you generate the email. The size limits would still be imposed by the mail server.

Note that large companies can have their own mail servers but that is not practical for the average person.
