I’ve upgraded to small business and have two email accounts, a “yahoo.com” and then one associated with my business name. Both are Yahoo. I want to be able to direct both to my Outlook, so far I can only direct the business name and not the yahoo.com.

I use outlook at work and I have a personal work account and a department account. I want to be able to view both when I open one account. How can I set it up so that my direct emails automatically forwarded to my department account. So I won’t have to log off one session and into another just to view email.

I need to mass email all members of my group without the members being able to see all the other email addresses for privacy.

I have the right to email them I just dont want the other 100 to see each others email address. Can I do this with Outlook?
